During your tour of the tower you’ll climb 142 steps. Not all at once! There will be a few breaks and during these breaks you can enjoy stories about the long (and fiery) history of Woerden. There is a spectacular view from the archway of the church. With clear weather you can spot the “Domtoren” all the way in Utrecht. Just like the headquarters of the “Rabo Bank” with extremely good weather you can even catch a glimpse of Amsterdam and Alphen aan de rijn.

The tour of the tower costs: €3,- p.p. for adults. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old have free entry. The maximum is 15 persons each hour. Tickets can be purchased at the tourist information. Emmakade 6A.

For groups every day is possible upon request. You can fill out a request form at the tourist information on the emmakde 6A.

Groups can also book a tower tour on preferred date. That also includes the ringing of the chimes.

The regular tours on Saturdays start next year in April.
